      Dannie wants your toughest marketing challenges. His passion is helping clients define their ideal customer and crafting the most profitable strategies to attract, qualify, and drive leads and demand for their products and services.

      He has a degree in Marketing from King's College where he was an All-Conference, All-Academic basketball player and a 1,000-point scorer. He holds certifications in email marketing, email messaging, landing page optimization, and B2B marketing from the MECLABS Institute.

      Before Catalyst Media, Dannie worked in product marketing, where he has launched and continues to launch new digital commerce and employee training solutions for business professionals.

      When he's not busy devouring the latest marketing book or one of his 36 podcasts in rotation, he's probably on the basketball court looking for a game, at the poker table shufflin' chips, or cooking a good medium-rare steak.

    • KATE MCNALLY
      Client Success Director

      Kate will make it work. Her goal is to make sure you are happy with the end result of your campaign, even if that means deviating from what was originally ordered.

      Prior to joining the team at Catalyst Media, Kate spent eight years creating integrated advertising campaigns in the healthcare publishing industry. Five years before that, she sold imported foods and gifts from Ireland.

      These experiences helped hone her skills as well as developing a taste for Irish tea.

      She graduated from Elizabethtown College with a degree in International Business with dual concentrations in Marketing and Management. She was also the four-year starting goalie for the field hockey team, which makes her just a little bit crazy. (I mean, what completely sane person would intentionally stand in a goal and let people rocket hockey balls directly at them?!)

      Outside of work, you’ll find that Kate is almost always on the move. Vacations are rarely relaxing as they are usually spent chasing her son down the beach, hiking up mountains with her husband, or getting a workout under her belt so that she can enjoy that extra-delicious dinner and dessert.

      Digital Marketing Manager

      Matt helps people find and engage with content. He has a relentless passion for delivering a great user experience and satisfying customer needs.

      Matt graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 2009 as a Government major. Matt has helped build and run a new, fast-growing business area for Catalyst Media. He leads a team of content marketers who create some of the best content around.

      He's currently finishing his MBA at Villanova University, and when you don't see him on the ultimate Frisbee field, he is probably flying one of his drones.

      Telemarketing Director

      Lead quality from Catalyst's phone-verified program is the Mike’s #1 objective. Armed with superior listening and questioning skills, his mission is to help companies match leads to where the market is and create inventive, custom-designed solutions for each client.

      As Telemarketing Director, Mike supervises a staff with a combined 80+ years of business and call center experience and 25 years in phone verified lead delivery of experience. Mike alone has 30 years of business experience, including 20 years of call center and six years of phone verified experience.

      Mike spends his free time doing P90X routines, hiking and biking with the entertainment of three of his beloved dogs. He dreams of a Philly sports team winning a championship.

      Data Tsar

      Justin serves Catalyst clients with database queries, lead analysis, and production optimization. A self-described math nerd, he is a smart, nimble, problem-solving analyst who loves to quickly put together analyses, reports, dashboards, and data process tables for our team and clients.

      He received a BS in Mathematics from Millersville University and an MS degree in Applied Statistics from West Chester University, and is experienced in Tableau, SQL, SAS, R, and Excel.

      Justin is a NASCAR fan and is enjoys life with his two miniature schnauzers, Rocky and Rosy.

      Gabby has a knack for creating positive relationships with everyone she meets. Her energetic and engaging personality makes for a pleasurable campaign experience for all involved. She attributes her dedication to putting the client’s needs first and her dependable nature to her ability to turn problems into mutually beneficial solutions.

      She has a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Dayton. After moving back to the Philadelphia area in 2012, she joined the team as a marketing campaign manager where she used her skills to hone campaign operations and industry trends to become a solution-driven marketer.

      When she’s not teaching dance or traveling, she’s most likely binge-watching a Netflix original series or thinking of creative ways to be cast as an extra on The Walking Dead.

      Client Success Manager

      Joan will be waiting to take your marketing goals and weave them into a custom-designed program built to yield lasting results and long-term relationships. Her passion is translating the needs and expectations of her clients to the world of digital media. With over 20 years in account management, Joan will help you manage your program with accuracy and flexibility.

      Prior to joining the Catalyst Media team, Joan was a Vendor Account Manager for a global equipment finance firm for 15 years. Her commitment to her clients is unwavering and she meets every challenge with a versatile solution.

      When she isn’t studying content marketing, best practices, and SEO trends, Joan is likely to be exploring the Jersey shore with her family, taking in the arts in Philadelphia, or cheering on her children as they dominate the local competitive dance scene.

      Administrative Coordinator

      Kathy is here to help with your customer service questions and needs. She is passionate that all Catalyst Media’s clients have their questions answered in a timely manner and are completely satisfied.

      She completed her schooling in upstate New York. Before joining Catalyst Media, Kathy worked as a manager in a federal credit union.

      She is passionate about her volunteer work for various fundraisers. Participating in walkathons for cancer awareness and helping veterans returning from service are activities close to her heart.

      Account Executive

      Glenn is focused on helping his clients with content marketing, lead generation, content syndication, and demand generation campaigns. His greatest pleasure comes from seeing clients succeed.

      He has an Engineering degree from Drexel University, where he was involved in student government, intramural sports, and his fraternity as treasurer. Glenn has participated in numerous business development training programs including Dale Carnegie and Franklin Covey.

      Before joining Catalyst Media, he worked in many different industries, including industrial sensors, Internet advertising, technology training, software, and promotional products.

      Outside of work, Glenn enjoys spending time with his three kids and coaching their teams (football, basketball, soccer, baseball, and lacrosse).

      Stephanie wants to make her clients look like a champions. By focusing on the needs of her clients, she is able to identify the outcome and work backwards to find the solution.

      Her Solutions-Based Selling approach has made her passionate about believing that a solution exists to solve every problem. One of her strongest assets is her intuitive problem-solving approach. For the clients who have worked with her, they have benefited from her persistence and dependability.

      Graduating cum laude, she holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Gannon University. She has spent the past 15 years in the B2B publishing industry. In that time, she has opened new markets, developed existing markets, and helped a variety of clients ranging from SMB to Fortune 500 grow their businesses.

      In those moments of downtime, Stephanie enjoys outdoor fun and remaining active. She loves watching her children’s sporting events: soccer, baseball, basketball, and football. On most Saturdays in the fall, you will find her in Ann Arbor, Michigan cheering on the Wolverines. She is passionate about music, entertainment, and enjoys dancing.

      Melissa graduated from Neumann University with a degree in Marketing. Prior to joining Catalyst Media's parent company, she spent several years in the marketing research field processing survey data, especially coding open-ended questions.

      In her spare time, Melissa enjoys volunteering, hiking and reading. She has recently discovered her previously unknown artistic side by taking up painting.

      Elizabeth is a skillful wordsmith who enjoys helping customers understand their technology needs and make better purchasing decisions. A part of the Better Buys team, her versatile research, writing and SEO skills are used to create comprehensible content out of high-level technical jargon and concepts.

      As she was earning a Professional Writing degree from Kutztown University, she implemented a student-run magazine and managed the campus radio station as Program Director while hosting a weekly music show. A mixed-media enthusiast, Elizabeth complimented her writing focus with an Electronic Media minor and classes in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

      Before joining the Catalyst Media family, Elizabeth wrote SEO-rich content for a business website-building company and continues to freelance as a cultural journalist and photographer for local blogs and magazines. Loyal to her audience, Elizabeth practices a healthy dose of transparency and persistence to reach the bottom of every story.

      When she’s not furiously following the latest software trend shaking up the business world, she’s most likely behind the barricade at a concert or playing rummy or dominoes over coffee.
