  • Step 1: Discovery Call with your Account Executive

    The first step to working with us is having the Discovery Call with your Account Executive. They are pros in asking you questions to help tease out information determining the mixture of services that will create the most successful campaign for you. At times, beginning with the end in mind may be the best strategy. Our partnership is initiated when you share what your ultimate measures of a successful campaign are so we know what we'll be measured against at the end of the campaign.

  • Step 2: Meet your Client Success Manager

    Your Client Success Manager will reach out to set up a campaign kick-off call. The goal of this meeting is to confirm all of the basic parameters of your campaign and to ask additional questions about your overall needs. We’ll ask about how you will ultimately evaluate our program so that we can know from the outset what your campaign expectations are. We’ll also ask about any previous campaigns you’ve run and successes or missteps along the way. In this meeting, your Client Success Manager will also outline our process so you know what to expect of our partnership.

  • Step 3: Campaign Set-up

    Now that we fully understand the goals of your project, it is up to your Client Success Manager to optimize your campaign to ensure you get the results you need. Each campaign has a slightly different set-up depending on the service we are delivering, but this is where our team interactions begin.

  • Step 4: Reaching the Right Audience

    The goal of every project is to get your message in front of your specific target audience. Using the target profile confirmed during your kick-off call, your Client Success Manager works with our Data Tsar (yes we do, in fact, have a Data Tsar— more about him later!) to create a custom audience population. We will continue to refine this audience throughout the life cycle of your campaign as we receive your feedback.

  • Step 5: Creating Campaign Materials

    Now the fun (for us) begins. Before every campaign goes live, we need to create the materials that will generate the greatest possible interest in your company, product or service. We create marketing emails, custom landing pages, scripts for the phone-verified services and display ads. We may ask for your involvement about specific company-related wording you want to use or if you’ve found you’ve been successful with specific language about your product. Otherwise, we’ll use our market expertise to craft materials that will create response with our audience and generate the results you are looking for.

  • Step 6: Campaign Going Live

    Our goal is to have Steps 1 through 5 completed and have your campaign running live in 7 business days or less. This is the first step in the partnership. The more specific you are to questions or suggestions the Client Success Managers may have related to your campaign, the more likely it is that we will have your program running in the same week you signed the insertion order. If, on the other hand, you need to launch on a specific date in the future to align with your business needs, we can do that too. Just let us know your requirements and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

  • Step 7: The Fulfillment Process Begins

Client Success Managers will review all generated leads to make sure they meet your specific target lead profile. Only then will they deliver the leads that match your filters. Delivery methods can vary from excel files to direct post to third party applications, whatever your preference. The delivery schedule is also something that we can personalize to you. Do you want your leads delivered daily? No problem! Once or twice a week, on a specific day? No problem! A specific number of leads per week? Again, no problem! It’s our goal to make these campaigns work for you. All you have to do is ask, and if you forget to ask...again, no problem! Our Client Success Managers will be sure to ask you.

  • Step 8: Ongoing Campaign Review

    Throughout your campaign your Client Success Manager will check in and ask you how you feel the campaign is going. Are we meeting your expectations as outlined at the start of the campaign? Are you getting any results from the leads we’ve already delivered? If the answer to all of this a resounding “YES” then great. But if you feel like we could be doing more, that’s okay too. We want to make your campaign successful for you. Sharing feedback or challenges will help us make changes, even while the campaign is still running.

  • Step 9: Campaign Completion

    After your Client Success Manager brings your campaign to completion, they’ll want to jump on the phone with you or exchange a quick email to get your feedback. We want to make sure your experience working with us was a good one, and if not, what could we have done better? Were you happy with your overall campaign? Did your campaign result in any qualified phone conversations, opportunities or sales for your team? Since our goal is to create a beneficial partnership with you, we want you to feel like we’ve done everything in our power to make your project work. That’s how we define success.
